LIFE CAN BE HEAVY.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO CARRY ALL OF IT.
9D BREATHWORK • NAPIER, HAWKE’S BAY

Great you made it just one more step to relief...

Takes 10 seconds. No pressure.

Lay down. Breathe. Let your body do the rest.

Are you ready to stop talking about & replaying your problems - & start feeling better?

Most people don’t want fluff, pressure, or to be told what to believe. Neither do we. The Life Relief Project is straightforward. Real people. Real world. Real solution. No talking or thinking it to death. No pretending. Just a safe space to let go of what you’ve been carrying - and leave lighter.

You don’t need another conversation about your problems.
Some things don’t need to be understood. They need to be felt & released.
You’re not stuck. You’re holding.
This is a guided 9D breathwork journey using music & sound.
What happens?
1. Lie on the mat
2. Headphones & blindfold on
3. Follow the simple breathing instruction.
4. The body releases what no longer serves it.
No talking. No sharing. No pressure.
You are in full control at all times. You can't get this wrong!
This is a safe space held by a qualified experienced 9D facilitator.
Your body does the rest.

More Than a Weekly Event
The Life Relief Project isn't a room we hire for a couple of hours each week.
It's New Zealand's only dedicated 9D Breathwork studio.
A permanent space built specifically for one purpose: delivering the best possible 9D experience.
Everything is designed around that experience - from the lighting, sound and comfort of the room to the privacy, warmth and professional setup.
There are no other classes happening. No interruptions. No distractions. No need to pack everything away before the next booking.
Whether you come for a private session or join a group, you're stepping into a space that's been purpose-built for 9D Breathwork.
We're not spiritual healers.
We don't ask you to believe in anything.
We simply guide you through the 9D process, giving you the environment, tools and support to discover what your own mind and body are capable of.
This isn't a part-time side hustle.
It's New Zealand's dedicated home of 9D Breathwork.

Want to Know Why 9D Breathwork Works?

Legend and founder of 9D Breathwork Brian Kelly, explains what’s happening behind the headphones - and why breath, sound and frequency are combined to create the 9D experience.
If you want to do the deep dive; this 10 min video is for you.

Want to Know Why 9D Breathwork Works?

Don’t need the deep dive? - Great.
You don’t need to understand any of this to experience 9D Breathwork.
Put on the headphones and blindfold. Lie down. Breathe.

Questions?
We’ve Got Answers.

What actually happens?
You lie down on a mat in a softly lit room with a pillow, blanket, eye mask and wireless headphones. You’re guided through a breathing session with music and immersive sound. No talking. No sharing circle. Just you.
Is this going to be weird?
We don’t do woo-woo, but it might feel unfamiliar at first. That’s okay. You’re always in control and can slow down or stop at any time.
Am I in control the whole time?
Yes. You can slow down, stop or change the intensity at any time. You’re always in the driving seat.
Will I be safe?
Safety comes first. You remain in control and can slow down or stop at any time. If you have a medical condition or concerns about whether breathwork is appropriate for you, check with your healthcare professional first.
What if I’m anxious or I overthink everything?
That’s okay. You don’t need to clear your mind, relax perfectly or get anything right. Just follow the breathing as best you can.
Do I have to talk or share anything?
No. There’s no sharing circle, no pressure to tell your story and no expectation that you talk about your experience.
What will I feel?
Anything from deep relaxation to a strong emotional experience — or something much more subtle. Every person and every session can be different.
What if I don’t feel anything?
That’s completely fine. Some sessions feel powerful and some feel subtle. There’s nothing you need to force and no particular reaction you’re supposed to have.
Why do some people cry, shout or make noise?
Some people naturally express emotion through sound during a session — crying, laughing, vocalising or occasionally shouting. Others remain completely quiet. Neither is better or more successful. There’s nothing you’re expected to do.
What’s happening in the headphones?
It’s much more than music. The experience combines guided breathing, immersive sound, music and carefully designed audio effects. Get comfortable, follow the breathing and see where the session takes you.
Do I need any experience?
No. Most people come to their first session with no breathwork experience at all.
What do I have to believe?
Nothing. No religion. No belief system. No group ideology. You lie down, put the headphones on and follow the breathing. If you’re sceptical, you’ll fit right in.
Who is this for?
People who feel stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, anxious, burnt out — or who are simply curious and want to experience something different.
How long does it take and how much is it?
Allow around 2 hours. Napier group sessions are $64 per person, or $98 when you book for two. Private sessions are $175 and you can bring someone with you at no extra cost. Private group and workplace sessions are also available.
What do I bring?
Just wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Mats, headphones, eye masks, pillows and blankets are provided.
Can I bring someone for support?
There are no spectators or people waiting inside during a session. Your support person is very welcome to take part with you. For a standard $175 private session, you can currently bring one other participant at no extra cost.
Is there an age limit?
Group sessions are for ages 18 and over. Private sessions may be available from age 10, subject to our terms, consent requirements and suitability.
How often should I come?
There’s no right schedule. Some people come once and get exactly what they wanted. Others choose to return weekly, monthly or whenever life starts feeling heavy again.
