It's New Zealand's only dedicated 9D Breathwork studio.
A permanent space built specifically for one purpose: delivering the best possible 9D experience.
Everything is designed around that experience - from the lighting, sound and comfort of the room to the privacy, warmth and professional setup.
There are no other classes happening. No interruptions. No distractions. No need to pack everything away before the next booking.
Whether you come for a private session or join a group, you're stepping into a space that's been purpose-built for 9D Breathwork.
We're not spiritual healers.
We don't ask you to believe in anything.
We simply guide you through the 9D process, giving you the environment, tools and support to discover what your own mind and body are capable of.
This isn't a part-time side hustle.

The Life Relief Project wasn't born from a business plan or some grand idea to change the world. It came from my own experiences with loss, grief, trauma and the realisation that I'd been carrying things for years without even knowing it.
Taking part in 9D breathwork can feel like a big step - particularly if you've never done anything like this before.
Every 9D journey is different, each designed to explore particular emotions, experiences or patterns we carry through life.You don't need to know exactly what you're holding onto or what you want to let go of. Sometimes the journey helps you discover that.
The 9D experience doesn't necessarily end when the headphones come off.
What happens in the hours, days and even weeks afterwards can be just as important as the session itself.And because every journey has layers, there's often more to discover, even when you return to the same journey.

WE'RE NOT JUST VISITING. WE'RE TOURING.We're not just putting on a couple of events each year. We're taking The Life Relief Project around New Zealand, every month, all year round.And we're not turning up with a dozen headphones and a single facilitator in a yoga studio.We do this at scale.With the capacity to bring up to 80 people together in one room, we transform venues into immersive 9D Breathwork experiences, complete with our own mats, pillows, blankets and 9D wireless headphones.But it's not the size of the room or the number of people that makes these experiences special.It's what happens inside that room.We create an environment where people feel safe, supported and seen. Where nobody has to pretend they're okay, hold it together or explain what they're carrying.As facilitators, we're not standing on the sidelines telling people to be vulnerable. We put our own vulnerability on the line, too. We laugh, we cry, we feel it alongside the people we're there to support.And when a room full of people begins to let their guard down, something powerful can happen. That collective energy creates an opportunity for people to go deeper, feel what they've been holding back and begin to let it go.It's something that's difficult to replicate in a smaller group. There's a power in bringing that many people together, all giving themselves permission to let go.No talking. No sharing.
